How can I place a reservation?

First find the item you want in the catalogue then click on the name of the item so you can see the full display. Now click on the Place Reservation button at the top of the screen. At this point if you're not already logged in, enter your borrower ID (the number on the back of your card) and select which library you would like to pick it up at. You can also choose if you would like any copy from one location (say only a copy from Petone) or a specific copy from one location (say the copy you really like at Petone). If you would like to you can also set a specific expiry date for the item, if your reserve is not filled by this date, we’ll cancel it.

After that, just hit Continue if you wish to proceed, or Cancel if you’ve changed your mind and don’t want it any more. If there is a problem with your reserve, we’ll let you know.
