Covid-19 Updates

All our libraries remain open with their normal hours during Level 2, however Moera Library will be operating with limited numbers and closing at 3pm to ensure physical distancing.

Some of our programmes and events have been cancelled or postponed this week (1-7 March) and there are no events running at Moera Library. For a full list of updates please see Covid-19 Updates. For more information on Council Facilities see Hutt City Council.

Stepping Up Computer Classes - Term 1 2021

Classes are still running the week of 1-5 March while we’re at Level 2.

Hutt City Libraries and Digital Inclusion Alliance Aotearoa offer FREE computer classes for people with basic, or no computer skills.

Term 1 classes start Monday 1 March and are available at Naenae, Petone, Stokes Valley, Taita, Wainuiomata, and War Memorial Libraries.

RBDigital Magazines moving to ePukapuka/Libby

Our digital magazines have now moved to ePukapuka and the Libby app. This change has massively increase the number of magazines available, from 70 to over 3000.

Digital magazines will still be available on RBDigital until 31 March. If you need help accessing ePukupuka and the Libby app please contact digitalgoto@huttcity.govt.nz.
