Fun exercise class for seniors that includes seated, standing and walking exercises for improving stability, balance, mobility and coordination. Great opportunity to connect with other seniors in the community. All welcome. Does not run during school holidays.

SAYGo (Steady As You Go)

Steady As You Go is a gentle, peer led exercise programme, proven to increase balance, strength and mobility, prevent falls and provide a valued social connection for older adults.

Includes seated, standing and walking exercises and encourages awareness of posture, movement and walking technique.
